T-Creek greets City West

Total square footage for the development is 191,550, said Brad Richmond, development associate also with Dominion Development Group.
“We have three residential buildings plus the clubhouse,” he said. “We have a saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, furnished pavilion, outdoor grill, outdoor games and access to the greenway.
