Seventeen four-woman teams, divided into Sherlock Holmes Flight and Miss Marple Flight and playing an 18-hole 2-net low ball format, resulted in seven teams being recognized as top finishers during Fox Den Country Club’s annual 18-Hole Ladies Club Member Guest Day, held Thursday morning and early afternoon, June 13.

Putting Contest winners, Sherlock Holmes: member Kathy Jackson (2 feet, 9 inches) and guest April Rouleau (1 foot, 7 inches); Miss Marple: member Debbie Siddons (4 feet, 8 inches) and guest Kelly Aschenbrenner (5 feet, 8 inches).
Straightest Drive (Hole No. 8), Sherlock Holmes: Annette Stevens and Patty Manney; Miss Marple: Sandy Thompson and Jean Tenhulzen.
Closest to Pin winners (Hole No. 2), Sherlock Holmes: Stephanie Haywood (10 feet, 1 inch) and Katie Brinker (5 feet, 10 inches);
Closest to Pin (Hole No. 13), Miss Marple: Jean Tenhulzen (21 feet); Sherlock Holmes: Annette Stevens (15 feet, 11 inches).
As for helping to make the Member-Guest Day possible, special thanks went out during the post-event celebration in the FDCC main ballroom to 18-Hole Club member Linda Hopkins.
