• At 8:33 p.m., Friday, June 7, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit to report theft of services from the CM Chicken, 115 Brooklawn St.
Complainant said “three listed unknown suspects dined in the restaurant, ordered $80 worth of food and left around (8:15 p.m.) without paying,” the report stated. “Complainant advised the suspects left in a white Honda.”
• At 3:47 p.m., June 7, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a theft from McFee Park, 917 McFee Road. Complainant reported a purse, with a debit card and credit card, vehicular keys and driver’s license “were sitting under a bucket hat, on a table, at the park,” the report stated. Value of loss was listed at $385. “Complainant said she saw the listed items under the hat around (2 p.m.), and noticed around (3:15 p.m.) they were no longer there. The complainant advised she will speak with her bank and cancel the cards.”
• At 10:13 p.m., Monday, June 3, officers were dispatched to Village Veterinary Clinic, 11301 Kingston Pike, in reference to a suspect/arrestee “laying in the grass of the business with his butt out in view of the public,” the report stated.
“Officers made contact with the arrestee, and while speaking to the arrestee his eyes were pinpoint, and advised officers he smoked meth yesterday,” the report further stated. “The arrestee then retracted his statement by saying it was last week and was unable to tell officers when exactly he smoked last. The arrestee then became belligerent with (reporting officer) by stating ‘it is time to scuffle since you’re an officer.’ I took the arrestee into custody without incident, and he (was) transported to the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility to be booked.”
• At 3:56 p.m., Sunday, June 2, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve unit to report theft from a Lanesborough Way residence. A complainant reported he let the suspect, his friend, enter his home and use his restroom. Complainant advised that during this time, the suspect stole his wallet, which held his driver’s license and several credit cards and debit cards ($120 value).
