Early Voting — with details, closest locations — two days away; Absentee deadline approaching

• Early voting for Town of Farragut non-partisan and Knox County general election, and for state of Tennessee and federal primaries, begins Friday, July 12, at 11 locations countywide, and ends Saturday, July 27.

That includes the new West Knox/Farragut Knox County Election Commission location, 109 Lovell Heights Road behind Synergy Car Wash along Kingston Pike.

Other Early Voting sites close to Farragut and Hardin Valley are Downtown West (1645 Downtown West Blvd., Unit 40) and Karns Senior Center (8042 Oak Ridge Highway).

Hours for the West Knox/Farragut location and Downtown West are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday.

Karns Senior Center hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all weekdays and closed on the first two Saturdays — but open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the final Saturday, July 27.

Final day to request an absentee ballot is Thursday, July 25. lt all culminates on Election Day, Thursday, Aug. 1.
