Several FHS coaching spots still available
With the 2024-25 Knox County Schools year fast approaching, in addition to TSSAA fall sports (football, girls soccer, girls and boys golf; girls and boys cross country and volleyball), nine coaching positions, including head coaching, are open at Farragut High, according to Jack Tate, FHS sports information director.
Although the previously mentioned fall sports jobs are not among the vacancies, the following positions remain available:
• wrestling (head coach and assistant);
• flag football (head coach);
• bowling (head coach);
• swimming (head coach and assistant);
• softball (assistant coach); and ...
• tennis (head coach and assistant).
