Shrader, FHS Class of 2024, earns scholarship; honors told
• Roane State Foundation recently awarded 75 scholarships worth more than $67,000 to high school seniors from nearly 30 schools within the Roane State Community College service area.
Delaney Shrader, graduate of Farragut High School (Class of 2024), recently was awarded the Raider Fund Scholarship. The Foundation’s Merit Awards are presented to students who have demonstrated excellence in academics, leadership and/or athletics and who have at least a 3.5 grade-point average.
• Adam Cieslik of Farragut earned Dean’s List honors at The University of Tampa for Spring 2024 semester. Cieslik was a senior majoring in marine science-biology. Students must maintain a grade-point average of 3.75 or higher to be eligible for the Dean’s List.
• Miami University (Ohio) awarded degrees to students during its spring commencement of 2024, which included Ethan Davila and Julia Kilbey of Farragut.
