Farragut’s Lee Company celebrates U.S. milestone

Lee Company, with a location at 12522 Kingston Pike in Farragut, celebrates its 80th anniversary, marking eight decades of service to homeowners, businesses and communities.
“Founded in 1944, Lee Company has grown and evolved, thanks to the unwavering support of their clients, employees, and partners,” Lee Company spokesperson Bree Barnett said.
“Throughout 2024, we will celebrate this significant milestone by honoring our past, appreciating our present and looking forward to our future,” Lee Company president/CEO Richard Perko said.
“We are grateful to everyone who has been part of our incredible journey, helping us provide innovative and reliable solutions for facilities and homes,” he added.
Barnett said Lee Company’s mission has always been to serve people with respect, integrity and compassion.
“Their values guide them in every decision made, and they’re dedicated to honoring God by serving others,” she said. “This milestone is not just a celebration of their history but a testament to the relationships built and trust earned through the years.
“As Lee Company celebrates its 80th anniversary, it remains focused on the future,” Barnett added. “They’ll continue to be a leader in the industry with innovative solutions, an emphasis on customer service and by supporting their communities.

Leon Lee founded Lee Company in 1944 in Nashville, Barnett said.
It opened offices in Farragut July 1, 2022, and now has 46 employees locally to serve residential and commercial customers with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and new construction.
Along with its corporate offices in Franklin, it also has 11 locations in Tennessee, one in Kentucky and one in Alabama.
“Today, Lee Company is a $370 million diverse, engineering, facilities and home services company with more than 1,600 employees, one of the largest specialty contractors in the nation,” Barnett said.
“Lee Company offers facilities services and solutions for government, institutional, commercial, health care and industrial organizations.”
The company’s home services also include home improvements and appliance repair.
The Farragut location’s office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
