Dream come true to open One Nation Spin & Sculpt

Best friends Meagan MacDonald and Rebecca Chambers have partnered to open One Nation Spin & Sculpt, a novel fitness concept, in Farragut this fall.

The business partners are hoping to open their new business Saturday, Sept. 7, at 11416 Kingston Pike, the former Adorable Child location.

“It’s been a dream for both of us for quite some time,” MacDonald said. “We’re excited to bring this.”

They will offer indoor cycling (spin), sculpt (their version of barre) and dance cardio — half-cardio and half sculpting.

“We’re the only business that offers dance cardio in Knoxville,” Chambers said.

They will be offering classes at 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays, as well as Saturday morning classes and pop-up classes in various locations.

To sign up for classes, visit onenationspinsculpt.com or visit Instagram or Facebook.

“We’ve wanted to do fitness full time for at least a few years now, so it kind of feels surreal that we have our own space,” Chambers said.

“We’ve looked for spaces for at least a year, but nothing seemed to be the perfect one,” MacDonald said. “This one, honestly, we stumbled upon it at the right timing.

“We wanted to be in Farragut because it’s so untapped,” she added. “There was not a lot of cycling out here, and we also offer multiple workouts, so we wanted to be a space where people could get more than just one thing.

In short, “This is just a great place for us to get into,” MacDonald said. “The landlord’s great; the neighbors are great; and we’re accessible to Oak Ridge, Maryville, Farragut.

“We had a lot of requests when we were teaching at other studios that there was nothing out here (like their concept),” she added. “That’s why we wanted to tap into the Farragut area.”
