• This Thursday (Oct. 17) the Farragut Planning Commission will meet to vote on the Mixed-Use Town Center Vision Plan from consultants TSW. In that plan is Vertical Mixed-Use. Vertical-Mixed Use is residential over retail or commercial over retail in multi-use buildings.
This Thursday the Farragut Planning Commission could simply remove residential over retail in the Vertical Mixed-Use portion of the Mixed-Use Town Center Vision Plan.
That way the promise of no more apartments the Town has made can be kept.
