Racheal’s Chair offers ‘suite’ life for Poole: ‘I enjoy hair’
She opened Racheal’s Chair in Suite 16 of Complete Suites, Renaissance | Farragut, 12748 Kingston Pike, Nov. 6.
After working in a corporate hair salon and her own salon with a number of employees, “It’s nice coming back to the ‘suite’ life,” she said.
“I enjoy hair,” Poole added. “I enjoy people. I’m a people person.”
For the person sitting in her chair, “it’s a safety zone,” Poole added. “I never judge.”
She provides cuts and colors of all natures, keratin treatments, and she is a curly hair specialist for men, women and children.

Poole works with all lengths of hair — and she can do color corrections, “something I really do enjoy,” she said. “It’s more helping people at the heart of it at the end of the day.
“People feel more confident about themselves, and if I can help contribute to that and touch their lives in a positive manner, that’s really important to me and has essentially kept me in the business this long,” Poole added.
She also does perms. “I have some clients, it’s a trending with the younger boys who want curly hair,” Poole said. “Not a lot of stylists here in the area do them.
“I try to do that (perms) on days it’s not as busy here,” the salon owner added.
For women needing a style for a formal occasion, whether that would be a prom or a wedding, Poole will provide those styles as well.
