A Biddle/Town Center ‘New Year’s resolution’ from a reader
A New Year’s resolution on Biddle Farms:
I feel all will agree that our anchor Town Center development (at) Biddle Farms has not been viewed positively by many residents.
There are plans to work on traffic-light synchronization, but what else should the Town of Farragut do to improve this development before it is too late?
While we cannot rewrite agreements, we should enforce them rigorously to the Town of Farragut’s benefit, and no leeway should be given to the developer without extracting major benefits to the Town.
Also, future Town Center developments must be lower density, greener and provide additional benefits to residents. I invite you to propose ways to mitigate Biddle Farms negatives and to improve future Town Center developments.
