• Weichert, Realtors - Advantage Plus in Knoxville has announced Missy Hall, Debbie Ishak and Natalia Efremenko have been recognized as the top agents in the office for December.

Hall earned the overall Top Agent Award while Ishak was recognized as the Top Selling Agent and Efremenko as the Top Listing Agent.

• Morning Pointe Senior Living leadership recognized Morning Pointe of Knoxville Assisted Living Wednesday, Dec. 4, with its Community Outreach Award for 2024. It was presented at Morning Pointe’s annual awards ceremony and holiday banquet in Chattanooga, where the company is based. The award recognizes service to community seniors and excellence in helping families through the transitions of the aging process.

• Loudon County Commission recently voted, unanimously, to renew its contract with Priority Ambulance. The new agreement extends the partnership for an additional five years.

• Since 1998, Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, University Orthopaedic Surgeons, OrthoTennessee Maryville and KOC Oak Ridge have been one organization.

But beginning Jan. 1, 2025, the group of connected doctors, therapists, clinics and diagnostic centers have united under one name. The shift will make it easier for patients to identify the network of services dedicated to their care and enhance overall patient experience.
