• Watching the last (Farragut Municipal Planning Commission) discussion regarding the new school behind Ingles, I was reminded that just a couple of years ago we had the opportunity to place an assisted living facility and homes on this property.
The disapproval of that previous development has led to another school on Kingston Pike that will create yet another traffic issue in the morning and afternoon.
Per last week’s discussion, Tennessee Law does not allow our municipality to have any say on what is developed nor how it impacts our traffic and other issues.
