Daughter’s essay ‘Remarkable’ for Town biz owner

“Unbelievable” was Viox’s reaction to the presentation. “Humbled, appreciative.
“I love my Farragut community,” she added. “It’s just easy to do when God is involved and God calls you to do something. And, when you say ‘yes,’ it’s a lot of fun.
“I never thought that Water Into Wine would be this much of a pillar in our community, so I’m really blessed and humbled and thankful. It was a beautiful surprise.”
As she came into Water Into Wine that afternoon to her establishment, Viox noticed a couple of Farragut Business Alliance members come in and questioned their being there.
“We’re just having a working lunch,” one FBA member said. Then, more people trickled in.
But when Viox saw Lori Tucker, WATE-TV 6 news anchor/reporter and her crew, the restaurant owner’s eyes widened and she stood up out of her chair.
Once the announcement came, Viox replied, “I wouldn’t be here without my community,”
