• Darren Reasonover recently joined Rather & Kittrel as an associate advisor. He will be working with existing RK advisors to help clients make informed decisions with their money. He is a Knoxville native who graduated from Hardin Valley Academy.
• Knox County Criminal Court Clerk Mike Hammond recently was elected by his peers to head the Tennessee State Court Clerks Association as its president for 2025.
“I am grateful to my fellow clerks from Memphis to Mountain City for giving me the chance to lead the organization,” Hammond said. “I look forward to a productive year helping the clerks with innovation and improvements in their individual offices, as well as hosting the state conference in Knoxville in May. The court system across the state functions at a high level due to the hard work of my fellow clerks.”
• Priority OnDemand recently announced Steve Blackburn was named chief administrative officer, a newly created position, and Phil Koster was appointed chief operating officer.
In his new role as CAO, Blackburn will focus on companywide strategic planning and implementing infrastructure and systems to support future growth. He has more than 30 years of emergency medical services experience, previously serving as the company’s chief operating officer.
Koster, previously Southeast Regional president, succeeded Blackburn as COO of Priority Ambulance, overseeing all ambulance operations across the company’s national footprint. Koster brings more than 25 years of experience in public safety and ambulance service management to the role.
