• At 1:18 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20, Knox County Sheriff’s Office units were dispatched to a Roane Drive residence in regard to a domestic disturbance.

Victim said his uncle assaulted him while he was in the bathroom. Victim said the suspect “shoved him and slappled/punched him while he was in the shower,” the report stated.

Suspect said the victim “was being disrespectful and took the bathroom while he was using it,” the report further stated. “The suspect said nothing became physical, only verbal.

“There were no signs of injury or physical altercation on the suspect or victim.”

Victim was given a Family Crimes Blue Card and advised of his rights.

“Both parties refused medical treatment and both parties refused to separate,” the report stated.

• At 11:51 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 18, a theft was reported after being viewed at Belk, 11387 Parkside Drive.

“Suspect took a necklace, a pack of bras and other merchandise into a fitting room,” the report stated, before she exited the store with the necklace and pack of bras without paying for them.

Total value of loss was listed at $116.
