• At 3:24 p.m., Thursday, March 20, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office West Precinct to report identity theft from a Press Farm Boulevard residence.

“Complainant advised he received an alert from his identity monitoring company, Allstate Identity Protection, that a collection was on his credit,” the report stated. “According to the complainant, CenturyLink was represented by Radius Global Solutions collections agency, who informed them that a $538.68 charge was outstanding,” the report further stated.

“According to the complainant, he thinks an unidentified suspect has fraudulently used his personal information.” Complainant was advised by Allstate Identity to file a police report.
