described as a white male looking into vehicles and pulling on door handles,” the KCSO report stated.
“Upon arrival, officers met with security personnel, who requested the individual be removed from the property,” the report further stated. “Officers observed the male walking through the parking lot and made contact with him. When questioned about his presence on the premises, (suspect) was unable to provide a clear reason for being there and (said) he was homeless.”
Suspect was told he was trespassed from the property, unless in need of medical attention, and at first he complied and left.
However, “later that evening, officers observed (suspect) back on the premises.” He was arrested for criminal trespassing and public intoxication.
