Two more businesses, Nothing Bundt Cakes and H&H Bagels, are joining the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek line-up along Parkside Drive.

Situated side by side, the businesses will be located near Cava and Calhoun’s restaurants.

“We have not set a firm opening date yet, but the Knoxville location will open in late August or September,” said Jessie Stein, H&H Bagels director of marketing. “We are incredibly excited to share our iconic New York City bagels with the Knoxville community.”

Meanwhile, Nothing Bundt Cakes also is looking at late August, early September opening.

“(Turkey Creek is) such a great growth area, and I’m really excited to be part of that growth in that area,” said Jeff Kamis, vice president of sales and marketing for Celebration Cakes, LLC., which owns the Nothing Bundt Cakes stores in the Knoxville area.

Celebration Cakes has another location in Knoxville at 5300 Kingston Pike.

“At Nothing Bundt Cakes - Knoxville, every birthday cake is a celebration in itself,” the company’s website stated. “Our commitment to excellence in both flavor and design ensures that your special celebration is adorned with a Bundt cake that’s not just visually stunning but also a delight to savor.

“Perfect for every birthday occasion in Knoxville, our cakes are a testament to our dedication to making each celebration unique and joyous,” it stated. “More than just cakes, we offer

a personalized birthday cake experience … Customize your cake with a variety of flavors and decorations to perfectly suit your theme.

“Our friendly, attentive service ensures every detail is covered, going above and beyond to meet your needs,” the website added.

“The inspiration to come to Knoxville was driven by a local resident who loves the H&H Brand and became a franchise owner so she could share it with the Knoxville community,” Stein said. “H&H Bagels has been New York City’s most iconic bagel since 1972, earning cameos in “Seinfeld,” “The Office,” “Sex & The City” and more.

“We are dedicated to using only the highest quality ingredients, starting with our best-in-class unbleached and unbromated flour,” he said. “Our bagels are all-natural and non-GMO, with no artificial preservatives.

“All our dough is kettle-boiled in New York City water and baked fresh on-site all day, every day,” Stein said. “Due to our premium ingredients, every H&H bagel is packed with 13 grams of protein and 4 grams of dietary fiber.”

H&H currently has nine locations nationwide, with three more opening by the end of September, including Knoxville, Tampa and West Palm Beach.

“Initial hours of operation will be from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily,” Stein said. “Customers can order ahead on our app, our website or on third-party delivery services, such as DoorDash, UberEats and more.

“Our app provides the best experience, including our loyalty program, rewards and the best price on delivery,” he said.

Regarding Nothing Bundt Cake’s coming to Turkey Creek, “It’s such a growing community in terms of not only families but also the business community,” Kamis said.
