Bearden girls soccer eliminated Hardin Valley Academy in the District 4-AAA semifinals on Oct. 14. The Lady Bulldogs hosted Hardin Valley and won, 2-1.

“We did enough,” Bearden head coach Ryan Radcliffe said. “I think when we
needed to rely on two players, you saw what two stepped up for us.
“There was a lot of adversity that we had to overcome, so I’m proud of that aspect. I’m not happy that we gave up a 2-0 lead, but I’m happy with that aspect.”
Hardin Valley finished its 2025 season with a 13-5-2 record, including 11 shutouts over opponents.
“Our district is hard,” Hardin Valley head coach Dannielle Wilson said. “That was our main focus, to try to get out of our district in order to make it to the regional because I think we played those teams and we beat them, and we would have had a good chance to beat them.”
