Biddle Farms Townhomes are under construction with several units already sold in Farragut’s Town Center, according to Brian Mohney, president of Saddlebrook Properties.

The first closing of a townhome is expected in October.

The 47-townhome community, steps away from the new Biddle Farms at Farragut Town Center, offers two designer floor plans starting at 2,200 square feet, according to Saddlebrook’s website.

“As a resident of Biddle Farms Townhomes, you will enjoy stylish interiors with full brick exteriors, upscale finishes and the convenience of rear-entry, two-car garages,” the website stated. “Two spacious designer floor plans provide ample room to relax, entertain and personalize your space.”

The Porter floor plan, at 2,488 square feet, includes three to four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the Hartford plan has three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths. There are 9-foot ceilings on every level, large windows with light-filled rooms, walk-in closets, extensive hardwood flooring and covered porches per plan, according to the website.

The townhomes also feature multiple-level front porches, granite or select quartz kitchen countertops, maple flat panel, 36-inch wall cabinets and other high-end finishes, the website added.

Also, there are some units being built to accommodate elevators, a pavilion grill area, underground utilities and a secure, centralized mail center with keyed boxes.

Saddlebrook Properties has more than 35 years of homebuilding experience with a “team approach designed to deliver a unique home,” its website stated.
